Cultivating Our Sisterhood International Association, Inc. (COSIA) is a network of diverse individuals committed to enhancing the lives of women and youth.

To this end, Cultivating Our Sisterhood International Association, Inc. (COSIA) develops events and programs that are designed to provide opportunities for women to:

1. encourage and support through fundraising efforts and volunteer activities the development of socially-conscious initiatives and programs that serve to empower women and youth from underserved communities;
2. develop, critically review, and actively pursue their personal and professional life goals and objectives; and
3. extend and expand their social support networks both locally and abroad.
